Omg yeah it's the worst, especially going back to it after FO2 where it's no longer an issue! (Or, no longer the same kind of need to reload issue - I remember my whole huge party trying to squish up in parts of the tanker where that was really not possible and playing a stupid kind of sliding tile puzzle to get us all back out.)

The worst one I remember was Ian, Katja and Dogmeat working together to block me in on that bridge across the sludge, the Gun Runners' moat. I was like, what are you guys trying to tell me? Or maybe they were just sick of being dragged up and down the map and wanted a very precarious break, idk.
